We can't thank them enough and recommend this accommodation. The breakfast is savoury and amazing with jam and toast, for instance, there’s an option for each taste. The hotel provides a very good service. Keep in mind, the parking is onsite.

Brand-new rooms with a fantastic decor, comfy beds with hypoallergenic pillows. Perfect and lovely location, 10 minutes' walk to Meadfoot Beach. Based really close to a hillside overlooking Barbour, and the harbour/town centre.

Lovely hosts, always ready to help and provide information about the area. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, with perfect cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Being on a quiet street was definitely a plus.

That my bathroom felt a bit cold, could have used a wall heater. Additionally, the hotel's entryway and hallway could use some sprucing up to improve the overall appearance.

During my business trip, I stayed at a wonderful bed and breakfast located on a peaceful street. The location was fab as it is really close to the sea front and the town centre. It was also easy to get to the Dartmoor park. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hosts were helpful and made sure everything was perfect, including the delicious breakfast. I also loved the large walk-in shower in my bathroom.

The hotel did not have air conditioning, but opening the window helped cool down the room.

The staff is excellent here, the services are very good, and location is comfortable not far from main shops and sites and food. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. Their rooms are always neat and compact with nice view, a lovely mini fridge plus a fantastic breakfast. Would go back in flash, the property met the demands.

I recommend this property to all, nothing too much trouble. Quiet atmosphere, relaxing hotel, it has ideal location so close to the Dartmoor park, a slope, and main shops. The breakfast is savoury and amazing served with a nice tea at checking in and jam, as for instance. The service is very good, includes good parking.
